By registering a player:

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant for behavior that does not align with our core values of Respect, Excellence, Creativity, Collaboration, and Accountability.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
- All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise stated
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly noted
- Missed sessions due to personal conflicts are not eligible for refunds
- In cases of weather or unforeseen cancellations, LIV Soccer may offer make-up sessions at its discretion
5. Assumption of Risk
Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including injury.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept:
- The physical nature of soccer and training activities
- The possibility of injury or illness
- That participation is at your own risk
LIV Soccer is not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except where required by law.
6. Medical & Emergency Authorization
By registering, you authorize our staff to:
- Provide basic first aid
- Seek emergency medical care if necessary
You agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
7. Code of Conduct
We are building more than players—we are building people.
All participants and families agree to:
- Treat coaches, players, referees, and staff with respect
- Support a positive, development-focused environment
- Avoid disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from programs without refund.
8. Media Release
By participating in LIV Soccer / Velocity FC programs, you grant permission for us to:
- Use photos, videos, or recordings of participants
- Share content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes
If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, training materials, and media are the property of LIV Soccer / Velocity FC.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without permission
- Use our brand or content for commercial purposes
